I am a qualified counsellor and Zen Mindfulness Art Therapist based in Australia, specialising in organisational and community well-being. My primary focus is designing and facilitating high-impact, bespoke group workshops for Corporate, Local Government, and NFP organisations. Leveraging my deep cross-cultural understanding—gained through residency in eight countries—my programmes are rooted in Zen principles and tailored to enhance staff well-being, boost team cohesion, and improve stress resilience across diverse groups.
